We wanted to write a letter to you to express how happy we are with the renovation your company completed for us. We knew that is would be a challenge to do a complete demolition and total renovation of our condo on the 12th floor of a 50-year old building. We also knew that the key to success was to select the right general contractor for the job. Therefore, we asked our neighbors for recommendations. Many of them recommended your company and told us that you have renovated their condos as well. They showed us your work. You also showed us apartment that you had renovated. We were particularly impressed with a job you performed in our building because it had a modern look that we wanted for ourselves.
You met us at the condo before closing and you impressed us with your knowledge of the building and with your quick understanding of the changes we wanted to make to our condo We also like the fact that a detailed budget was provided, which gave us a idea of the costs we could anticipate with specific finishes while giving us flexibility to go above or below the budget.
We appreciate the fact that you were always available to answer questions an assist us when issues arose, even on weekends and holidays. We appreciate that you always gave us a quick response.
We want to make a special mention of the project manager for the job, Steve Weiss. We were in very capable hands with Steve guiding us on this journey. Steve was in constant communication with us. He was always available to discuss issues. We spoke or met with him on a daily basis. We appreciated that he consulted with us on both major and minor issues and always seemed to have a calm and reassuring demeanor even when things did not go as planned Several times when a subcontractor would hit a snag, Steve suggested a solution and the problem was solved. We could have not have asked for a better project manager than Steve Weiss.
