Rose and I had the chance to finally come back to Florida to spend some time in our home on NE 7th Street. In fact, we hadn’t seen it since May so when we pulled into the property, we were all smiles ear to ear. My parents spent a week with us and not a day went by without a compliment about how incredible the place is.

We want to thank you and S&S team for the great work through challenging times and pay a special thanks to Clavio for his personal passion to make everything right. This project was bigger and more complicated than we could have imagined so Rose and I were lucky and blessed to have Clavio enter our lives. There are two standout reasons I write this to you; first was his incredible retention of all the details of the build. To this day, the complexity of drainage, electricity, tile work and all the other sub work is mind-numbing. Yet here we are with a finished product that looks like a showpiece. The second and most important reason for this note is to acknowledge Clavio’s patience and professionalism with Rose and especially me. He always kept the chaos calm … and there was a lot of chaos at times. From traffic-control to chipping away old concrete, nothing seemed to phase him in his daily process of rebuilding an old house. I likely drove him and many others crazy with questions and challenges about how to do things but in the end, we consider Clavio a new-found friend to our family and we’d trust him to do another project with us without hesitation.

You have an incredible project leader on your team and based on the positive experience we had, do your best to keep him!

We’re forever grateful for the support of Clavio and the entire S&S crew (they were all really great). Wishing you success into the future and hope to take on another project someday soon.
