This is to thank you for all your help with our house. During the extensive renovation of our home, you devoted your time and energy to solving the myriad problems and endless details that occur throughout such a job. Renovations are never easy, and ours was particularly complicated with both additions and sophisticated interior work. Your personal involvement, and the backing of Chuck Halberg, the owner, led to a fabulous finished product.
This is nothing compared to the help you have been in the 2 years or so after completion of the work. Of course, Stuart and Shelby has stood behind all the work done by your subcontractors. That is expected, and handled without issue. However, the house was 20 years old when we did the renovation. Recently we had problem with a major leak from pipes in the kitchen that were installed when the original house was built (not by you). It was an emergency. Who did we call? Not Ghost Busters, but Dave Stein. You immediately took charge, got the right trades out, and got what could have been a disaster fixed. This was done without any damage to the house, and done quickly.
This is going above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks for taking care of us and our home.
