Rosalie and I just want to thank you and your fantastic staff for all the marvelous work you did on basically rebuilding our home and adding our second story. We knew as soon as we met you throughout architect, that you were the only one to complete this job for us. Stuart and Shelby Development did an outstanding job and tackled every problem that you faced with extreme confidence. Over our lifetime, we have had three other major construction ventures completed in our former NY home. None of the work compared to yours!
You converted our ranch-style villa into a modern two-tory home, every aspect of which was completed with precision and dedication to detail. Your staff that worked with us throughout the project, Chuck, Dave, Paul and Pat as well as all your subcontractors (who, by the way, had the most experienced work force we have ever seen). and we can’t forget Eddie, were meticulous in the construction and the finishing of the interior of our home.
You all worked with us throughout the project, from start to finish, and always put up with us. I know Rosalie and I are very demanding and desire perfection. You gave us that perfection and we marvel at how wonderful our home is every day.
We can’t say enough about how wonderful your crews always kept up with the cleaning throughout the building process. We love what you have created for us, and consider you all to be caring friends, who never let us down during the long process, especially since our small association shut us down during high season.
