We purchased a home last September in Delray Beach, Florida from Stuart & Shelby long distance from Keller, Texas which is a bit scary.
The negotiations were fair and equitable, the quality and value proposition was great we feel like we got a good deal.
That could have been the end of the story but it is just the beginning.
We have had on-going conversations with Chuck, Patty and the Stuart & Shelby team to make sure everything is perfect when we finally move in.
They have gone above and beyond in all aspects of the deal and we feel very welcomed by our new friends and neighbors at Stuart & Shelby.
We are moving to Delray Beach full time on March 1st and can’t wait to move into our new home.
