Construction Management & Marketing

Chuck has been in the construction industry since 1975, having worked in both Michigan and Minnesota before coming to South Florida in 1980. Since then, Chuck has worked in Construction Management/Executive for three different top 200 National Builders and has been a Florida Licensed General Contractor since 1986.

Prior to Stuart & Shelby, Chuck oversaw the construction of over 2,500 single family homes, 3,500 apartments, a ten-story high rise, 800,000 square feet of commercial space and a 220-bed nursing home.

Chuck’s personal strengths are in business relations, product development, budget management, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
