Charles A. McDonald

Charles brings with him over 35 years of real estate development and operational management experience. He has successfully developed, built, and managed projects of all types, including residential land development, house & condominium construction, multifamily, senior living & office development, as well as property management for all property types. He is familiar with all phases of development, including site selection, entitlement & due diligence, financing, budgeting, project management and property management. Charles is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio and South Carolina and holds a BA degree in management and finance from Walsh University. He is the past president of the Building Industry Association of Stark County (Ohio), and past board member of the Jackson-Belden Chamber of Commerce, Walsh University Alumni Association and First Tee of Canton (Ohio).
