A Thanksgiving Message from Chuck Halberg

As Thanksgiving approaches, I find myself reflecting on the people and partnerships that make our work at Stuart & Shelby Home Builders meaningful. This season always reminds me how fortunate we are to be part of a community that values integrity, professionalism, and taking care of one another.

Stuart & Shelby was built on a simple philosophy: do what you say you’re going to do, treat people the right way, and leave things better than you found them. It’s a mindset I’ve carried through every project, collaboration, and relationship over the years. And it’s the reason I’m grateful for the clients, friends, subcontractors, and team members who continue to trust us with their homes and their visions.

To our clients — thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives. Building or renovating a home is a personal process, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. Your confidence in our work drives us to keep raising the bar.

To our team and long-time trade partners — your work ethic and craftsmanship are the backbone of this company. I’m grateful for the pride you bring to every job site and for the way you support each other day in and day out.

To our community and the local organizations we’re committed to supporting — it remains a privilege to give back. Whether it’s youth programs, public-safety initiatives, trades education, or neighborhood efforts, I remain proud of the role we each play in strengthening the place we call home.

Thanksgiving reminds us that gratitude isn’t something to acknowledge once a year — it’s something to live by. As we close out 2025, I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together. This year wasn’t just about building homes; it was about building relationships, strengthening our community, and supporting the people and causes that matter. We delivered quality projects, formed new partnerships, gave back where it counted, and continued to grow while staying true to the values that have guided this company from day one.

From my family to yours, I wish you a warm, meaningful, and restful Thanksgiving. May the holiday bring time with the people who matter most — and a moment to appreciate the blessings, big and small, that carry us forward.

Happy Thanksgiving,
Chuck Halberg
